Scott Williams Gen 2 Swiss Point - 90% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts

The Scott Williams Gen 2 is a steel tip dart developed by Target with Scott Williams, machined from 90% tungsten into a compact bullet-shaped barrel. Grip runs the full length of the barrel as radial grooves combined with precision milling, and the set uses Target's Swiss Point system, where the point screws into the barrel and can be swapped or replaced with the included tool rather than being pressed in permanently.

At 90% tungsten the barrel holds 23g or 25g within 43.5mm of length and around 8mm of width, so three darts sit closer together in the board than a brass or lower-percentage barrel of the same weight would allow. The 23g measures 8.0mm across and the 25g 8.4mm at the same length, meaning the extra weight is carried in thickness rather than a longer barrel. Weight is centred along the barrel, which suits a throw that supports the dart in the middle rather than driving from the rear, and the radial grooving gives a defined release point without being harsh on the fingers. The 26mm Swiss points can be changed for longer or shorter points as grouping preferences shift, without replacing the barrels.
