Harrows' standard Silika flights in the No. 6 slim cut.

This is the plain Silika — the texture without the Lumen brightness, the Colourshift effect or the Solid flat colour. If you want the coating for what it does rather than how it looks, this is the one.

Silika is about handling rather than aerodynamics. A textured surface is easier to grip and seat properly, which matters when you are pushing a flight back into a shaft mid-session with dry fingers.

Harrows apply Silika across several finishes, so if you like the texture there are brighter and colour-shifting versions of the same flight.

Stocked in No. 6, No. 2 and Slim. Drag is the variable. A larger shape holds the dart steadier and lifts the tail more; a smaller one cuts resistance for a faster, flatter dart. No. 6 is slightly smaller than a No. 2 — a little less drag, a little more speed; No. 2 is the larger of the two standard shapes, so it carries the most drag and steadies the dart most; Slim is narrower still, cutting drag and leaving more room in a tight treble.
