About Darts Online
Darts Online is an independent darts retailer based in Belmont, Western Australia. We stock darts, dartboards and accessories from the major brands, and every order is picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse.
How it started
Three of us started Darts Online from scratch in 2021: Andy, Alex and Paul. There was no warehouse. Stock lived in a small storage unit, and each morning it was loaded into the back of our own cars, driven to our office, and packed into boxes on the office tables. The other tenants in the complex got used to that. They got less used to it when the pallet deliveries started arriving and the foyer became a loading dock. We moved into a proper warehouse not long after.
Why darts
The idea came out of a Tuesday night league in Perth. One of us played, and two things were obvious from the oche: players care a great deal about their kit, and plenty of them collect it. What was missing was somewhere decent to buy it. There were a handful of Australian options, but the range was thin, the product information was thinner, and anything specific usually meant ordering from the UK and waiting weeks for it to turn up. A sport with that many players deserved a retailer that took it seriously.
Where we are now
Since 2021 we have shipped over 90,000 orders and collected more than 9,000 customer reviews. The team is still small, and everyone here does a specific job:
- Alex — purchasing, and the voice on the end of the phone. If you ring us about weight, grip or which board to buy, you're speaking to Alex.
- Andy — operations and the website.
- Paul — logistics.
- Bek — customer service enquiries.
- Jade and Geoff — the warehouse. They pick and pack every order that leaves the building.
Every order ships from Belmont, including New Zealand orders. We hold our own stock and pack it ourselves. Nothing is drop-shipped and there is no third-party fulfilment between your order and the warehouse floor.

We carry the brands players actually ask for, including Winmau, Target, Unicorn, Harrows, Red Dragon, Shot, Mission, Designa, Goat and Bullet.
- Dartboards, from home boards to tournament bristle boards
- Steel tip darts from 20g to 30g, including player signature ranges
- Flights, shafts, points, rings and tools
- Dart cases, flight punches, sharpeners and grip wax
- Dartboard accessories: surrounds, cabinets, lighting, stands, mats, scoreboards and oche
- Automated scoring systems, including Autodarts, Scolia and Target Omni
- Board, surround, light and cabinet bundles
How we work
Ring us on 1300 16 16 54 from Australia, or 0800 99 64 66 from New Zealand, between 9:00am and 4:00pm AWST, Monday to Friday, and you will get someone who plays and knows the product range. Returns run for 30 days with a money back guarantee, handled here in Australia rather than passed to an overseas supplier.
Cue sports too
The same team runs Cue Store, our cue sports store, out of the same Belmont warehouse. If you play both, orders from either store are packed by the same people.
