He won PDC Development Tour events in 2015, 2016 and 2017, and regained his Tour Card at the European Q-School in 2020. His first Pro Tour title came at Players Championship 16 in Milton Keynes in August 2024.
How did Mike De Decker win the World Grand Prix?

He beat Dimitri Van den Bergh 5-2 in the semi-finals and met defending champion Luke Humphries in the final. He led 4-1 in sets, Humphries levelled at 4-4, and De Decker took the last two sets to win 6-4. He was the first Belgian to reach a World Grand Prix final.
How has Mike De Decker played since?
He joined Mission in February 2025. That year he reached his first European Tour final, at the Belgian Darts Open, where he lost to Luke Littler, and he played the World Cup of Darts for Belgium with Dimitri Van den Bergh.
At the 2026 World Championship he lost 3-2 to David Munyua in the first round. In August 2026 he reached the semi-finals of Players Championship 28 and recorded his first career win over Michael van Gerwen on the way. He was 34th on the PDC Order of Merit as of October 2026.
What darts does Mike De Decker use?
De Decker throws 22g Mission signature darts. His Mission barrel is 60mm long and 95% tungsten, with a constant ring grip along the length, a smooth bull nose at the front and a smooth rear section with a laser-etched Mission logo. Mission describes them as the longest darts on the professional tour. The standard set comes with black points, black Mission Sabre shafts and his own signature flights. The R2.5 version is made in 22g and 24g with Mission's R2.5 screw-in points, so the point can be changed without repointing, and the Black & Gold version has a PVD coating.
